1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • All products sold by UltraPods are eligible for return or replacementΒ onlyΒ in case of:
    • Damaged products
    • Missing items
    • Wrong products delivered
  • 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to claim return or replacement for any of the above issues.
    Without the video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.

2. Time Frame to Report Issues

  • For Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items:
    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For Other Issues:
    You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for any other problems (such as defective product performance, etc.).

3. Return Process

  • Once a return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your location.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, accessories, and invoice
  • After the product is received and inspected at our facility:
    • We will dispatch a replacement (if stock is available)
    • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will contact the customer to collect bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-7 working days after product inspection and approval.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • In the rare case where a package is lost by the courier company, customers will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
  • If the customer opted for partial COD, only the amount paid will be refunded.

If return/replacement requests are raised after the 48-hour window, Herix will try its best to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee acceptance.

No return, replacement, or refund will be processed without a 360Β° parcel opening video in cases of damaged, missing, or wrong item claims.

Products returned must be in a re-sellable condition unless they were received in a damaged state.
